Nicole believes that exercise should not only make people look better, it should make people move better. Her aim is to improve how her clients perform outside the gym, in sports as well as in
day-to-day activities.
She creates workouts that are efficient and intense, challenging the whole body and improving power, Having received D’s in PE throughout her youth, Nicole understands
what exercise can be like for those who aren’t born athletes. She’s also experienced first-hand how a little dedication can transform the body, as well as making what used to seem impossible suddenly
achievable. What she now wants to do is help her clients — who have ranged from fresh-off-the-couch newbies to advanced athletes — redefine their possibilities.
Besides her BCRPA Personal Trainer designation, Nicole has also earned certification in Sport Balance, Bosu and Sport Core and has attended a number of workshops on topics ranging from Functional Fitness
to Analyzing Running Form. She offers private, semi-private and small group (up to five people) training. |
