Class Descriptions

 

Cardio Kickbox
An energetic blend of easy-to-follow shadow boxing and kickboxing skills and drills designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your body.  A great way to burn lots of calories and have tons of fun.
 
Yoga
A 3000-year old art of movement and meditation.  This program incorporates various multi-level poses and stretches.  Don't worry - no high-risk movements will be taught.  Introduce yourself to the benefits of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, including improved flexibilty and balance, muscle endurance, long and lean muscles, enhanced focus and stress relief.
 
Cycle & Sculpt
A total body workout that combines a hear-pumping cardio ride and muscle conditioning fusing weights and tubing for maximal calorie burn.  Individuals are encouraged to train at their own levels - take it easy or sweat like you've never sweat before.  Water and towel are mandatory.
 
Total Body Circuit  A fun variety of exercises using multiple stations set to challenge your body to the fullest. In addition to working your cardiovascular system, you’ll gain muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
 
Move It! Starting off with 20 minutes of cycling followed by 20 minutes of strengthening and toning finishing with 20 minutes of stretching. (all levels welcome)
 
Core Fusion  A low impact workout that combines, Pilates, yoga, and core conditioning. Elemental fusion of strength balance, energy relaxation. After working each muscle group, a corresponding stretch ensures that the muscles formed are long and lean. (all levels welcome)

 

 
Cycle, Sculpt & Stretch
This advanced 90-minute class challenges riders' endurance and toughness.  Extreme cycling segment is followed by a body resistance training workout and ending with a relaxing extended stretch. Water and towel are mandatory.
 
Abs Attack
An intense 30-minute non-aerobic conditioning class to enhance abdominal definition and core stability and strengthen lower back.
 
BOSU® Cardio & Sculpt
This power packed class combines strength training with high-intensity interval training using the BOSU®  for the ultimate total-body workout.  This class uses Bosu® Balls, free weights, and tubing to strengthen your core, sculpt your arms, butt and legs and increase your cadio conditioning.
 
Pure Cycle
Enjoy the class that delivers an energizing workout in 50 minutes. From moderate to high intensity, including a warm-up, cool down, and stretching. Water and towel mandatory.
 
Hatha Flow This warming flow will be the perfect way to end your day  or start your weekend with the feeling of balance, energy, and freedom. Beginning with energizing breath work and flowing into sitting and standing sequences.
 
Cycle & Core A 40 minute heart pumping ride combined with 20 minutes   of core strengthening exercises. A stronger and more balanced core will help kick up your cycle workouts. Water and towel mandatory.
