Established in 2004, Life Centre Fitness is the brainchild of two seasoned fitness professionals, Kevin and Dawn Harrison. Together, the Harrisons have over 23 years of experience in the exercise industry. As both a retailer of equipment and a fully functioning gym facility, we can cater to both your home fitness needs and provide you with an energetic workout environment. |

Life Centre Fitness has a welcoming atmosphere that is clean, bright and most importantly everyone who works here is genuinely committed to what they do. Our objective is simply to help people enjoy health and activity. We believe fitness should be a part of everyone's life. At Life Centre we get excited about seeing people succeed with their fitness goals and will offer encouragement every step of the way. We often hear people referring to Life Centre as "My Gym". We believe people feel a sense of ownership because of the intimate atmosphere we have created. Life Centre and its feel good environment have broken the barriers of intimidation sometimes felt by those people who are new to fitness. There are no pretentious attitudes here, we are all just regular people who have learned the importance of being active and are passionate in sharing this with you.
