At Life Centre we provide our clients with the highest calibre of class instruction.  Instructors are hand-picked for their extensive training coupled with their ability to go that extra mile with each and every student.  Like our gym memberships,  fitness class sizes are limited, because it is important to us that you receive that personal touch.  To ensure that you get the most out of your exercise classes we guarantee leadership excellence in a comfortable environment.
 
For new visitors to Life Centre, your first fitness class is always free!

Fitness class guidelines:
  • Do not eat a big meal before exercise classes - a small snack is better
  • Bring water and a towel to each fitness class
  • Make-up exercise classes are to be taken within the same class session and are not transferrable to another class session
