Training Options:
One-on-One: One personal trainer and one client. Sessions are generally an hour long, with extra time allotted for a warm up and cool down.
Partner / Two-on-One: Two clients and one personal trainer. Rates are divided between clients, making this an extremely affordable option.
Small Group: A group of like-minded clients (maximum of 4) looking to achieve their fitness goals in a small group setting. The most affordable method of receiving expert attention.
