Life Centre fitness really has become the centre of my fitness routine. In fact, the whole family can go there and find something that works for them.
Staff, from the front desk as I enter, through the trainers, the instructors and the front desk again as I leave; are knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, informative and pleasant. Clean and quiet, no loud Heavy Metal. Friendly and inviting, no muscle heads grunting under a half-ton of deadweight. Quick and easy, no line-ups at each machine.

When I first started coming to the gym for drop in classes, I was impressed how friendly the staff was. I did not feel out of place being overweight and not wearing the latest trend. I also was impressed with the cleanliness of the gym and how the equipment looked so new. I am now a member and after a few years I am still impressed with how clean the gym is and the equipment still look brand new. And as always the staff is the GREAT :)

I feel comfortable at Life Centre Fitness because it is a small personal gym. Unlike large franchise gyms, the staff knows everyone by name.
Top of the line equipment, very clean and has Child Minding. Great Classes with cycle bikes that are new and adjustable to any size or body type.
