Starting off with 20 minutes of cycling followed by 20 minutes of strengthening and toning finishing with 20 minutes of abs & stretching.
30/30/30 (90 minutes)
Starting off with an intense, 30-minute cycle workout followed by 30 minutes of weight training and finishing off with 30 minutes of foam rolling to massage your sore muscles, and improve flexibility. A complete workout in 90 minutes!
Boot Camp
A 60-minute, high-powered workout. Cardio, upper and lower body strength training, core and stretching to improve your overall well-being. The class will take place indoors/outdoors.
*INTRO* Cycle & Core
This lower-intensity, introductory group exercise class is designed to teach you the basics of spinning with the instructor on hand to lead and motivate. Spinning's great strength as a group exercise tool is that each person controls how hard they work by setting their own level and speed. The strength/core portion will be an introduction to strength and core exercises using a variety of different exercise equipment.
Cycle & Sculpt
A total body workout that combines a heart-pumping cardio ride and muscle conditioning, fusing weights and tubing for maximum calorie burn. Individuals are encouraged to train at their own levels. Individuals are encouraged to train at their own levels.
Cycle & Stretch
Starting with an invigorating 40 minute spin that gets your body working hard, this class is short and sweet! Followed by the cycle is 20 minutes of stretching, taken at your own level. A great class to improve your flexibility!
Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
Improve your cardio, strengthen and tone your figure, condition and sculpt your core. This one-hour interval style workout improves all areas of your overall fitness, and your lean body mass/body fat ratio.
